This is a picture of Ephraim Utah. Ephraim is the largest city in Sanpete County. There are only 7 full service restaurants in Ephraim.
Mount Pleasant is another one of the largest cities in Sanpete County. This is a picture of Mount Pleasant. It is known for its 19th century main street buildings.
The last of the larger cities in Sanpete County is Manti. Manti is the county seat. Brigham Young named the site "Manti" in the summer of 1850, at the request of the
local patriarch Isaac Morley. The name was derived from that section
of the "Book of Mormon" called Alma. Jesse W. Fox surveyed the plat
for the "city" in the same summer, and Manti was incorporated in February
1851. This is a picture of the Manti LDS temple.
